This is why I have created this special program, where we will move and relax in the same time.
The exercises are gentle and the atmosphere is very relaxing. But even though they probably won’t make you sweat, they are great to improve joint, ligament, disk and muscle health.
Every day of the week you can target one body part, so by the end of the week your whole body is energized and active and your mind is relaxed.
It only takes 15 to 20 minutes per day, and you can always split them in two if it is hard for you to find the time. The exercises don’t require much space and only some of them actually need a mat. You can do the feet, mind, neck & shoulders and arms & hands even sitting and while working!
