Awoken 

The piece is focusing on the core meaning of dance, namely the emotion as the most important part in dance. It shows how music inspires the dancer to move, rather than the other way around. It was taught to my Advanced Contemporary Oriental group and performed on stage in 2018. 

Freedom 

This piece was part of a long stage performance directed and choreographed by me, and featuring my students. The dance is about reaching psychological freedom, letting go of fear, previous worry and anxiety, and hardship. Finding the happiness and calmness of true freedom.

Awoken 

The piece is focusing on the core meaning of dance, namely the emotion as the most important part in dance. It shows how music inspires the dancer to move, rather than the other way around. It was taught to my Advanced Contemporary Oriental group and performed on stage in 2018. 

New love, new life 

Once again, part of La Femme, a long production directed and choreographed by Sofiya, this duo is about finding new love after betrayal. Being uncertain but yet wanting to try. Moving in and out.
